Hudson Valley, NY – The Hudson Valley Chapter of the New York State Commercial Association of REALTORS ® (NYSCAR) is 

proud to announce that their president, Jay Feinberg of Keller Williams Hudson Valley United, is 2017’s NYSCAR Realtor of the Year. The award was presented to Feinberg by 2016’s REALTOR ® of the Year recipient Robert Strell, at the NYSCAR Board of Governor’s meeting held at the Desmond Hotel in Albany, New York on February 4th 2018.

The award is given each year to recognize an outstanding active member of the New York State Commercial Association of REALTORS ®. Mr. Feinberg has held the position for the Hudson Valley Chapter of NYSCAR since 2013, sowing the seed of opportunity and leading the Chapter through tremendous growth.

Mr. Feinberg has worked tirelessly to “expand the brand” which has not only impacted the Hudson Valley Chapter, but increased recognition of NYSCAR statewide. In 2014 the Hudson Valley Dealmaker Awards were established to recognize H.V. Commercial Realtor achievements.   The Chapter’s annual 2 day Commercial Real Estate Conference, held in Fishkill, has seen record attendance, including many out of state brokers who make sure not to miss this event.

Mr. Feinberg, along with Jennifer Maher, has created a new “East of the Hudson River” meeting series. This was established to bring Westchester, Putnam, and other Northern NY Metro brokers into the NYSCAR brand. The Hudson Valley Chapter of NYSCAR currently coordinates bimonthly meetings, one on each side of the Hudson to promote NYSCAR to ALL Hudson Valley real estate professionals.

A graduate of RIT, Mr. Feinberg has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration Management. Prior to join Keller Williams Mr. Feinberg had owned Fine Commercial Properties. Having completed numerous commercial real estate courses, Mr. Feinberg is currently a candidate for the prestigious CCIM designation. Under his leadership the Hudson Valley Chapter of the New York State Commercial Association of REALTORS® has continued to grow and thrive.

Newburgh, NY – The Second Annual NYSCAR “Dealmaker” Awards and Mixer is coming this November 17th to Orange County. This prestigious event is being presented by the Hudson Valley Chapter of NYSCAR (New York State Commercial Association of REALTORS®), New York’s elite network of commercial real estate professionals. Motorcyclepedia Museum in Newburgh will host this year’s ceremony, in recognition of outstanding achievement in local commercial real estate deals brokered within the Hudson Valley. Many distinguished members of the real estate community will be in attendance to honor the award winners.

Awards presented at the ceremony will allot recognition for the highest achievement in brokering commercial real estate deals.  These include the  “Creative Dealmaker” in celebration of the most creative deal, the “Economic Development  Dealmaker” to honor forging the biggest economic development deal, the “Lifetime Achievement Dealmaker” for the broker who exceeded in giving back to the community throughout his/her career and, new to this year, the “Outstanding Transaction Dealmaker” for securing an exceptional deal at a NYSCAR meeting within the past year.

HUDSON VALLEY – New York State Commercial Association of REALTORS (NYSCAR) Hudson Valley Chapter is presenting its “2016 Annual Commercial Real Estate Conference” on April 6^th and 7^th. The professional conference promises to be an outstanding event offering valuable opportunities for members of the commercial real estate community.

This year’s Real Estate Conference is again divided into a two-day format. Day one, devoted to professional education, features renowned Real Estate Trainer, Peter West. The acclaimed Mr. West will present “Counseling For Action,” a seminar designed to share the “counseling process” with real estate practitioners. The seminar will start out demonstrating the need for counseling vs. selling and will further explore the reasons and practical steps of client counseling interview. Participants will learn from a lively, engaging, fun presentation combined with role-play and interaction. Leaving the seminar, participants will have the ability to work with clients in a different fashion, leading to more closed transactions.

Day two, entitled “Million Dollar Marketing and Networking Opportunities,” will feature the prominent Wesley Dingler, S.E.C. as Lead Moderator. A past President and current active member of the Society of Exchange Counselors, Mr. Dingler will be presiding over this year’s marketing program. Other features of this day’s events are a cash board, moderated package presentations, marketing presentations and a haves/wants presentation. The marketing session is a fast-paced affair, where brokers present specific properties to the entire group.
