Newburgh, NY – The Second Annual NYSCAR “Dealmaker” Awards and Mixer is coming this November 17th to Orange County. This prestigious event is being presented by the Hudson Valley Chapter of NYSCAR (New York State Commercial Association of REALTORS®), New York’s elite network of commercial real estate professionals. Motorcyclepedia Museum in Newburgh will host this year’s ceremony, in recognition of outstanding achievement in local commercial real estate deals brokered within the Hudson Valley. Many distinguished members of the real estate community will be in attendance to honor the award winners.

Awards presented at the ceremony will allot recognition for the highest achievement in brokering commercial real estate deals.  These include the  “Creative Dealmaker” in celebration of the most creative deal, the “Economic Development  Dealmaker” to honor forging the biggest economic development deal, the “Lifetime Achievement Dealmaker” for the broker who exceeded in giving back to the community throughout his/her career and, new to this year, the “Outstanding Transaction Dealmaker” for securing an exceptional deal at a NYSCAR meeting within the past year.

In order to qualify as a potential winner, brokers must have made significant achievements in the field of commercial real estate in either Dutchess, Orange, Sullivan, Ulster, Westchester, Putnam, Greene or Columbia counties.
